3. Owner, Project Manager and Wingman Explained

Owner

The Owner of the project is the person who has essentially 'won the business' and therefore 'owns' the project but does not take a day to day interest in the project.

The Owner of the project has no visibility of the project through the Dashboard.

Project Manager

The Project Manager of the project is not only responsible for the day to day running of the project but is responsible for the overall success of the project too. 

Wingman

The Wingman also keeps an eye on the day to day running of the project to make sure that everything is running on schedule throughout the lifetime of the project.  For this reason, they have the same access as the Project Manager on the Dashboard.

The Project Manager and Wingman Dashboards will give them access to the Live Project Status and My Scheduled Invoices.

Live Project Status

This shows the user the status of all of the projects that they are involved in using a Red/Green colour coded system.

My Scheduled Invoices

Any scheduled invoices which are due to be sent out would appear in this box.  Should any of the invoices become overdue, a Red text box would appear at the top of the box marked Overdue.
