Team Targets

This lesson explains how to use the Team Targets tool in CMAP. Team targets are used to set separate sales targets for the different teams in your company.

Step 1: Go into the Admin tab, find the Team Targets tool and click it.

Step 2: Select the appropriate Office from the dropdown list.

Step 3: Set the appropriate Target values against each of the Teams in that office.

Step 4: Click Save.

Repeat for each of the offices by repeating steps 2 – 4.
