This lesson explains how to use the Manage Fee Estimator Export Template tool in CMAP. The idea of this is to create a template for the Fee Estimator exports.
Creating a New Fee Estimator Export Template
Step 1: Go into the Admin tab, find the Manage Fee Estimator Export Template tool and click it.
Step 2: Click on the Add New Export Template button on the right hand side of the screen.
Step 3: From the box that appears - choose an Office to assign the Template to, type in the Template name that you would like and then find the Template file that you wish to upload onto CMAP.
Step 4: Click Add.
A Template will be saved onto CMAP and the template will then appear under the blue Fee Estimator Export Templates heading.
NOTE: You can only save a maximum of 1 template to CMAP.
Editing a Document Template
Step 1: Go into the Admin tab, find the Manage Fee Estimator Export Template tool and click it.
Step 2: Select the Office that you wish to edit a Fee Estimator Export Template for from the dropdown list.
Note: The Fee Estimator Export Template that you have saved to that Office will be listed.
Step 3: Click the Pencil icon to the right hand side of the Template Name that you wish to edit.
Step 4: You can now amend the Office, Template Name and the File that has been saved for the template.
Once you have made any amends, you can click the Save button. Should you wish to cancel any amends at this point, you can click the Cancel button and the template will be saved as it was prior to the amends.
Deleting a Document Template
Step 1: Go into the Admin tab, find the Manage Fee Estimator Export Template tool and click it.
Step 2: Select the Office that you wish to delete a Fee Estimator Export Template for from the dropdown list.
Step 3: Click the 'X' icon to the right hand side of the Template Name that you wish to delete.
A box will appear asking 'Are you sure you want to archive this template?'
Step 4: You can now click Yes to continue to delete the Template or Cancel to avoid deleting the Template.
