Manage Exchange Rates

This lesson explains how to use the Manage Exchange Rates tool in CMAP.

Step 1: Go into the Admin tab, find the Manage Exchange Rates tool and click it.

All the currencies you have available in your instance of CMAP will be listed, with a box to capture the conversion Rate against your default currency e.g. United States Dollars to GBP at a Rate of 0.61.

Step 2: Enter your desired exchange rate into the Rate box.

Step 3: Click Save.

NOTE: Changes to exchange rates are time-stamped, so only costs entered from the moment you click Save will be calculated at the new exchange rate.
