Beta Access

Beta Access Admin Tool

The "Beta Access" admin tool allows you to control which users have access to CMap's beta functionality.

Any user that appears in the list will automatically access CMAP's beta functionality when beta access is open.

Adding User(s)

Step #1:  Click "Add Users"

Step #2:  From the "Add Beta Users" dropdown, select either:

1. An Individual User
2. Everyone from an Office
3. Everyone from a Security Group

Advance to "Step #3" for the relevant option

If Adding... An Individual User

Step #3:  Search for the user you'd like to add by typing their name in the text box, selecting the user, then clicking "Add"

If Adding... Everyone from an Office

Step #3:  Select the office you'd like to add users from from the dropdown list, then click "Add"

N.B. All users from the selected office will be added 

If Adding... Everyone from a Security Group

Step #3:  Select the security group you'd like to add users from from the dropdown list, then click "Add"

N.B. All users from the selected security group will be added 

Removing User(s)

Step #1:  Click the "X" icon next to the desired user

Step #2:  From the "Remove Beta Access" pop-out, select "Yes" to remove beta access, or "Cancel" to abort the change
