Invoices Last Month - Example Report

This report provides information on the invoiced or scheduled invoiced amounts by invoice status. Scheduled is where the phase is 100% probable but the invoice has not been approved. Pre scheduled is where the invoice is on a phase that is not 100% probable.

Report Type: AEC Invoices

Preset Filters: Invoice Date (Previous Month)

User Filters: None

Columns: Project -> Project No -Title, Stage -> Stage Name

Column Groups: Status, SUM(Amount)

Layout Editor

Select "Tools" and the Layout Editor option to add the chart. Click to Add Chart.
