How to use Tags
Tags provide additional search dimensions for Contacts and Companies (there is also a configuration option which allows for Stages, which is handled separately).
For contacts, you may wish to be able to see if the contact is a “Advocate”, a “Neutral”, etc.
Using these examples, you would be able to find Advocate contacts at Active Target Client companies to help co-ordinate your business development efforts.
To add a Tag into CMAP
Go into the Admin area. Click on Tagging, found under the Content section in the left-hand menu.
A list of any existing Tags will appear.
You will see there are 2 hardcoded tags, Client & Supplier. This is where you can add additional tags too.
