Revert to a Potential Project

This tool is useful if you wish to change the status on a project from Live or Won back to Potential therefore moving the project back into the Pipeline.

NOTE: This is not relevant in the AEC Edition of CMAP where there is no Pipeline tab.

This lesson explains how to use the Revert to a Potential Project tool in CMAP.

Step 1: Go into the Admin tab, find the Revert to a Potential Project tool and click it.

Step 2: Select the appropriate Account from the dropdown list.

Step 3: Then select the project you wish to revert to a potential from the Project dropdown list.

Step 4: Click Revert to Potential.

NOTE: The Live project will be set back to a Potential project in the Pipeline.
