This lesson explains how to use the Role Cost Rates tool in CMAP.
Step 1: Go into the Admin tab, find the Role Cost Rates tool and click it.
Step 2: Select the Office you wish to manage the Roles for from the dropdown list.
Once you’ve select an Office a list of the Roles for that Office will appear.
Step 3: Enter the Actual Cost rates for each Role.
Step 4: Click Save.
NOTE: Actual Costs are calculated as an hourly rate.
